Equipment-Bi-Flow Accumulator

Our Bi-Flow Accumulator consists of a main line conveyor through the center of the unit and opposite running accumulation conveyors along each side. This style of accumulation system can provide the necessary buffers required when downstream production has temporarily stopped. Once the downstream production is active again, the accumulator will begin to unload the product at the same time product is entering the unit. The size of the unit can vary in both length and width based on the amount of minutes of accumulation required for the specific application. Simple in design, there are no controls required to operate this Accumulator. Speeds are calculated for your specific application. Round products of all kinds are ideal for this style of Accumulator. If your production line requires frequent product change overs, our adjustable throat is easy and fast to adjust. We manufacture our Bi-Flow Accumulators in stainless steel or mild steel with a powder coat finish.
